Job Description
Basic Job Functions:
Serve as a support analyst and SME for Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), WMS (Warehouse Management) and Inventory Management), handling support, enhancements, and projects. Drive incident resolution, analyze business requirements, and deliver system solutions from design through implementation.
Experience:
- 5+ years with ERP systems (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with OTM and WMS is preferred
- At least 2 full ERP implementations
- ITIL certification preferred
- Manufacturing/semiconductor industry experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Supply Chain Mgmt in the areas of Production Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Warehouse Mgmt or equivalent
Required Skills:
Core Experience
- Experience with Oracle Cloud OTM and WMS
- Strong background in logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud configuration and integrations
OTM (Transportation Management)
- Configure and support shipment lifecycle processes (order → delivery → invoicing)
- Manage master data (lanes, rates, carriers, locations, calendars)
- Handle shipment planning, tendering, tracking, POD, and documentation
- Oversee shipment documentation and invoicing integration to ERP Financials
- Support EDI integration with 3PLs and Oracle systems
WMS (Warehouse Management) & Inventory Management
- Manage inbound/outbound warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- Knowledge inventory processes (cycle counts, replenishment, transfers, RMAs)
- Support LPN/serial tracking and RF/EDI troubleshooting
- Ensure smooth integration with ERP and maintain data integrity

Primary Responsibilities:
Operational Support & Incident Management
- Act as SME to resolve complex issues and guide Level 1/2 support teams
- Analyze recurring incidents to identify process/system improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and end users
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with global IT teams on system changes and initiatives
- Engage business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Collaborate with SMEs to review and improve business processes
Project Participation & Solution Delivery
- Support full solution lifecycle (requirements → post-go-live support)
- Ensure module requirements are aligned with project scope
- Perform functional configuration and implement fixes, enhancements, and changes
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document ERP processes and transactions
- Maintain process flows, functional specs, and work instructions
- Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Guide creation and execution of test cases
- Ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

- Conducts high-level analysis and builds business cases (benefits, risks, options)
- Designs and manages end-to-end testing with clear documentation and reporting

- Builds strong cross-functional relationships and aligns stakeholders
- Ability to work across global time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL, Power Query, Excel, VB Scripts, Macros and Visio.

Physical Requirements (if any):
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift
- Will climb stairs on an occasional basis
- Will lift, push or pull up to 27 pounds on an occasional basis
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
- 20/40 vision in each eye, with or without correction, is required
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis
- May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to, steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards)
- All associates working on the production floor may be required to wear a respirator at any given time and thus, the ability to wear a respirator is a condition of employment and continued employment (requires little or no facial hair)
