As an IT Analyst, you are responsible in the implementation and ongoing enhancement of ADB’s CAPEX data protection initiatives, including but not limited to Information Classification, data Loss Protection (DLP), Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD), and other data protection initiatives.

We are looking for an IT Analystwho will ensure that client's data protection initiatives are effectively planned, implemented, and continuously enhanced in alignment with organizational goals and priorities. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City

What You'll Do

  • Work with the Supervisor to plan, analyze requirements, estimate effort, and develop roadmaps for data protection initiatives

  • Lead coordination meetings with focal points from ADB departments and offices to communicate objectives, implementation approach, timelines, prerequisites, and stakeholder expectation

  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to deadlines

  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies

  • Lead and participate in meetings, workshops, and briefings with business stakeholders

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to identify and define data classification, DLP, and BYOD scenarios and use cases

  • Conduct interviews and requirements-gathering sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business focal points as necessary

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable functional and technical requirements

  • Data Protection Project Execution and Post-Implementation Support

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of data protection initiatives, including requirements gathering, sprint planning implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

  • Coordinate implementation activities among business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives

  • Coordinate and support testing activities, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and user acceptance testing

  • Gather and analyze business user feedback and lead issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution activities to continuously improve data protection controls and processes

  • Support the configuration, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and related data protection technologies

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or relevant fields

  • Minimum of seven years of relevant professional IT experience, preferably with years of experience implementing and supporting data protection, information security, compliance, or related initiatives

  • Strong understanding of governance, data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance processes

  • Experience implementing DLP and BYOD policies and controls using Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance solutions, is a plus

  • Experience in business engagement, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management

  • Good understanding of project delivery methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Intune, and other security and compliance
    solutions is a plus

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
