Roles & Responses

  • Understand infrastructure architecture and end-to-end service flows to support operational and troubleshooting activities.

  • Analyze user & customer complaints and identify root causes through systematic problem-solving and technical analysis.

  • Perform system administration tasks, including user requests handling, on-call 7x24 support, and operational activities.

  • Develop and implement solutions to continuously improve the quality and reliability of all services.

  • Design infrastructure solutions and implement new platforms to support service expansion and technology enhancement.

  • Apply project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute infrastructure and service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • 0–5 years of experience, preferably in fixed broadband technology

  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentalsand network troubleshooting

  • Experience or knowledge in AI/ML, customer support, network implementation, and network quality control, including root cause analysis

  • Programming skills are an advantage: Unix Shell Script, Python, PHP, DevSecOps, C#

  • Good command of English(written and spoken).

  • Able to standby on-calloutside business hours with on-call allowanceprovided.
