Job Description

Evaluates systems needs of staff and operating departments. Develops, tests and modifies internal application systems to meet business requirements. Performs any other tasks as required by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience

  • Previous (1-3 Years) IT Analyst experience (Preferred)
  • Previous (1-3 Years) clinical experience (Preferred)

Required Skills

General understanding of phones, PC’s, networks, printers, miscellaneous computer hardware and applications

Clear verbal and written communication

Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment

Ability to train and coach others

Ability to problem solve situations

Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

Ability to create standardized documentation
