  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with team to standardize and improve IT processes
  • Manage licenses, subscriptions, and IT spend, and research new tools and vendors

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of IT administration experience, ideally supporting a distributed workforce
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Proficiency supporting both Windows and macOS users
  • Working knowledge of networking and security fundamentals (e.g., DNS, VPNs, firewalls, MFA, SSO)
  • Experience working with MSPs and other IT vendors
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work across time zones
  • Microsoft certifications, Azure or AWS experience, or PowerShell scripting are a plus
