What you will be doing:
Administer and resolve service requests and IT mailbox inquiries, ensuring SLA adherence.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot all end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
Provide installation and support for desktop OS, Office 365, and voice applications.
Diagnose basic networking issues and support Video Conferencing/biometric access control equipment.
Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and/or Entra ID.
Perform user account creation, amendment, and deletion across all systems.
Assist in monitoring and mitigating endpoint-related security threats.
Process IT-related invoices/payments and coordinate repair activities with external vendors.
What our client is looking for:
A+/N+/M365 Certified Administrator or equivalent professional qualification.
2 years of practical experience in an IT Administrator role.
Experience installing and maintaining Microsoft Office 365 environments and applications.
Experience installing and troubleshooting hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
Proficiency in desktop OS installation/support, experience with ticketing systems/scheduling, and basic understanding of financial controls.
Must maintain accuracy, prioritise effectively, perform well under pressure, and having one's own vehicle is advantageous.
