Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain IT infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
  • Monitor system performance, backups, security updates, and access management.
  • Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and IT asset records.
  • Coordinate with internal users and vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
  • Maintain IT documentation, system logs, and infrastructure records.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in IT administration and technical support.
  • Good knowledge of servers, networks, operating systems, and IT security practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills.
