Job Description
Our client is an Award-winning mobile game developer and distributor, they are currently seeking for a IT Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as 1st point of contact to provide desktop support to users
- Assist in maintaining system, server, network, virtualization platform and other IT related facilities
- Assist in performing hardware and software installation, configuration, procurement process and IT equipment house-keeping
- Well document the process, practice, configurations
- Manage third party vendor relationships and coordinate work between different teams
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related field
- 3 years hands-on experience in operating Windows Server, Linux, Backup & Recovery and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience in cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS and Azure would be an advantage
- Holder of MCSA, MCSE, CCNA is preferable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service support skills
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal/written communication in both English and Cantonese
