OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
IT Administrator
to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the companys IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-users. This role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency and cybersecurity standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and monitor all installed infrastructure.

Install, configure and maintain hardware and software components.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.

Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.

Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.

Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

Maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferably with at least 6 months of internship experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware and software.

Experience with firewalls and antivirus programs.

Solid understanding of data backup, recovery and security protocols.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Fluent in English.
