Job Description

Manage and Maintain the following:
• Firewall Router (WAN/LAN/HA Setup/Fortinet/Load Balancing)
• Network Switches (VTP Protocol/Port Mapping/VLAN)
• Helpdesk Ticketing System (Zendesk Portal)
• Domain Controllers and Virtual Machines (Windows/Linux Platforms)
• Network Monitoring (Ping Plotter/Wireshark)
• IT Assets (Software/Hardware)
• Cloud Based PBX (SIP)
• NAS (Synology)
• Email Exchange (Gmail/Webmail)
• IT Documentations (Diagrams, Plans, Reports and Knowledge Base)
• Troubleshooting Solutions (Desktop,Network,VOIP and Server Related)
• Directly reporting to the ICT Manager
• Working on PCI DSS compliance
