our client, we are looking for a competent
,
skilled, and experienced
IT Administrator
to work in
Nairobi, Kenya

Job Summary

To
help with the daily operation of the IT infrastructure and that includes
installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all
organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal performance first
for the hotel then for the group of companies
.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·
Implement
disaster recovery plan, in accordance to the business continuity policy when
required by Group IT Manager.

·
Coordinate
and document security updates to all software and infrastructure devices when
required.

·
Develop,
organize and implement training schedule for the IT latest infrastructure,
software or hardware changes

·
Responsible
for the coordination of all opex and capex payments on time.

·
Scheduling
of all IT maintenance works within the budget and timeframes for the
organization.

·
Coordinating
the functions of IT required to support the group.

KNOWLEDGE,
SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

·
Degree
in IT or Computer Science.

·
Additional
networking certification is beneficial.

·
Experience
required: Candidates will have 3 - 4 years’ experience of systems
administration support.

·
1-2
years project management
