We are looking for an IT Administrative Support to act as the operational backbone of the sales client support function. This role ensures quotes are built, clients are followed up, systems are updated, and the admin side of IT service delivery runs smoothly.

Key duties

  • Draft and build quotes using templates and tools (Quotient)
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, deal stages, notes, and contacts
  • Follow up clients via phone and email on quotes and enquiries
  • Conduct light outbound calls (cold calling and lead follow-up)
  • Triage inbound enquiries (web, phone, email)
  • Book meetings for Directors and support sales pipeline
  • Manage onboarding admin, account setup, contracts, billing
  • Update invoices and follow up outstanding payments
  • Maintain SharePoint and document systems
  • Manage software licensing and supplier coordination
  • Support ticketing system hygiene (updates, notes, admin only)
  • Assist with internal documentation, templates, and work instructions
  • Light social media posting and engagement
  • Provide basic IT awareness support (flagging alerts, not resolving)

Requirements

Requirements & Attributes

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or any relevant degree
  • 2-3 years of administration or IT admin, preferably in an Australian-based company or offshoring set-up
  • Strong English communication, both written and verbal
  • Confident on the phone, not afraid to follow up or cold call
  • Highly organised and process-driven
  • Comfortable juggling admin, sales support, and client comms
  • Commercial awareness, understands pricing, margins, value
  • Basic IT industry knowledge, can “talk the language”
  • Proactive, takes ownership without needing direction
  • Personality matters, engaging, friendly, a bit of humour
  • High attention to detail, especially with quotes and billing

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
