职位描述
一、Helpdesk桌面运维支持 1. 快速响应厂区员工IT问题，负责电脑、打印机、门禁、监控、会议设备等办公终端的故障排查与运维。 2. 负责办公设备、软件及账号权限管理，完成员工入离职、调岗的IT资产及账号配置回收工作。 3. 完善运维台账，沉淀故障处理经验，优化运维流程，降低终端故障频次。 二、工厂网络运维管理 1. 负责厂区网络、交换路由、无线及机房设备巡检维护、故障排查，保障生产办公网络稳定。 2. 监控全网运行状态，处置断网、IP冲突、网络攻击等异常，定期维护设备、核查日志。 3. 配合总部完成厂区网络改造、点位新增及优化，规范布线标识，保障网络安全稳定。 三、生产系统运维（MES/WMS核心） 1. 负责MES、WMS系统日常巡检与异常排查，保障生产仓储业务顺畅。 2. 收集用户系统问题与需求，协同总部处理故障，解答系统使用问题（包含数据异常、单据报错）。 3. 配合总部IT及厂商完成系统升级、优化与BUG修复，负责数据备份、权限配置。 4. 跟进系统运行状态，梳理优化常见问题，降低故障对生产的影响。 四、其他工厂IT相关工作 1. 统筹全厂IT资产台账，定期盘点各类设备，规范资产登记、维护与报废流程。 2. 配合总部落实信息化制度、系统推广及安全管控，完成各类数据上报。 3. 负责工控及生产辅助信息化设备运维，完成各项IT相关临时工作。
