ネットワークインフラの維持・管理 -データ通信・音声通信サービスおよび各種デバイスの安定稼働を維持し、可用性の向上に努める。
ウイルス、アドウェア、スパイウェアなどの脅威が検出された場合、速やかに必要な是正措置を講じ、データおよびFreudenberg Medicalのネットワーク環境を保護する。
ユーザーのニーズを把握したうえで、PCソフトウェア、ハードウェア、各種システムに関するサポートを行う。
ネットワーク・インフラ、サーバー・クライアント、ERP、PMOなどを担当するITスタッフと連携し、各種IT活動を支援する。また、専門分野に関するグループ活動に参加する。
電話・通信システム-電話・通信システムに関する現地サポートを行う。
業務に関連する工場内の安全ルールおよび労働安全衛生（OH&S）に関する要件を遵守し、自身および周囲の安全確保に努める。また、自身の管理可能な範囲において、労働安全衛生に関する責任を果たす。
事故、危険事象、ヒヤリハット、疾病、安全上の気づき、環境インシデントなどについて、適切かつ速やかに報告する。
コンピュータまたはIT関連分野の学位取得を目指している方
IT分野の基礎知識があり、ヘルプデスクまたはITサポートの経験がある方を優遇
ヘルプデスク、デスクトップPC、またはネットワーク管理のいずれかの経験があり、顧客対応の経験があること
顧客サービスの実務経験があり、問題解決を通じて人々を支援することに情熱を持っていること
LAN、デスクトップPC、アプリケーション、オペレーティングシステムに関する経験
継続的な学習に意欲的で、業界の動向に遅れを取らない姿勢を持っていること
Microsoft Officeソフトウェアに精通していること
組織内のあらゆる階層、顧客、サプライヤーと効果的にコミュニケーションをとれる、優れた対人スキル、口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
優れたコミュニケーション能力、積極的な傾聴力、ファシリテーション能力
プレッシャーの高い環境下で、プロジェクトやタスクの優先順位を効果的に付け、実行できる能力
優れた分析力と問題解決能力。優れた交渉力および顧客対応スキル
