职位描述
1、及时响应和处置用户事件（如软件故障、硬件问题、网络连接、打印/扫描异常、会议系统卡顿等），进行初步故障诊断、问题分类与优先级评估，简单问题现场解决，复杂问题转交二线团队并跟进闭环。 2、负责新员工入职终端设备准备：PC/笔记本（Windows/macOS）安装系统、配置软件（Office、VPN、安全工具）、发放配件及账户初始化；日常维护办公终端：硬件清洁/更换（内存、硬盘、电源）、软件更新/补丁部署、病毒扫描及数据备份。定期巡检设备健康状态，处理报废/回收流程；支持远程办公设备（如家用PC、移动设备），确保合规访问公司资源。 3、维护办公区/会议室网络、终端设备：WiFi接入点、投影仪、视频会议系统（Zoom/Teams硬件）、打印机/扫描仪等，确保设备可用性；运维网络机房/弱电间：监控UPS电源、交换机端口、服务器机架标签，协助二线处理机房变更/扩容。确保设备运行环境符合安全标准（温度、湿度、物理隔离）；支持产线工厂现场：巡检工业终端设备（如产线PC、触摸屏、条码扫描器、MES终端），处理工厂网络故障、设备连接问题，遵守工厂安全协议（穿戴防护、出入管制）。 4、严格遵守IT部门标准流程：资产管理（设备入库/出库、标签跟踪）、变更管理（如软件升级前测试）、安全合规检查（数据擦除、权限回收）； 与二线技术团队协作，提供现场反馈/日志收集，支持系统升级/迁移项目；参与IT库存管理：设备采购申请、配件领用、旧设备处置。定期生成运维报告（事件统计、设备利用率）。
职位要求
1、大专及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、网络工程或相关专业优先。 2.、2年以上IT桌面支持/终端运维经验；有制造业/工厂现场支持经验者优先（熟悉产线环境、OT设备基础知识加分）。 3. 核心技能： - 熟练掌握Windows/macOS系统安装、故障排除、Office套件配置；熟悉网络基础（TCP/IP、WiFi故障诊断）。 - 硬件知识：PC组装/维修、外围设备（如打印机、投影仪）调试。 - 工具熟练：Active Directory/Office 365管理、远程支持工具（TeamViewer/RDP）、工单系统使用。 - 制造业适应：了解工厂安全规范，能适应现场出差（每周1-2天去产线/仓库，支持轮班如果需要）。 4. 软性素质： - 服务意识强：耐心沟通，快速响应用户需求，能用通俗语言解释技术问题。 - 问题解决能力：逻辑清晰，能独立处理常见故障，遇到难题时善于协作。 - 团队协作：与IT二线、行政、产线团队高效配合，英语基础（读写英文文档）优先。
