As a Sales Associate, you will:
Greet and welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm
Provide exceptional, personalized service to help customers find tech products that fit their needs
Demonstrate and explain features of headphones, smart devices, accessories, and more
Drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling, and product recommendations
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for purchases and returns
Maintain merchandise displays and ensure store cleanliness
Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures
Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
Passion for technology and helping customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must pass airport background checks and obtain required security badges
Customer Focus: Build relationships and tailor solutions to customer needs
