The IT Operations Manager (D365 & Azure) is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Sodexo’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments.
This role leads the day-to-day “Run” function of the D365 & Azure team, driving system reliability, operational excellence, and a culture of customer focus. Working in partnership with the Head of IFMS IT Systems, the IT Operations Manager ensures that all operational activities are well-controlled, service levels are met, and new solutions transition smoothly from Build into stable, maintainable operations.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity that offers flexibility to work 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT operations professional with a strong focus on platform stability and service excellence. They are experienced in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure environments, skilled at leading technical teams, and committed to delivering reliable, customer-focused solutions.
