  Act
  as the focal point for management and resolution of all attribute-related
  issues (L0 level) across global vehicle programs.
• 
  Track,
  review, and monitor all open issues, ensuring ownership is correctly assigned
  and resolution progress is maintained.
• 
  Lead
  and facilitate cross-functional technical reviews to identify root causes and
  define corrective and preventive actions.
• 
  Manage
  issue prioritisation, escalation, and closure in line with project milestones
  and attribute targets.
• 
  Maintain
  accurate and up-to-date issue status reports using JIRA dashboards and provide
  regular summaries to program management and attribute leads.
• 
  Collaborate
  with Attribute Managers, Test & Validation teams, and Chief Engineer
  functions to ensure issues are addressed effectively and learnings are
  captured.
• 
  Support
  the continuous improvement of issue management processes, problem-solving
  methods, and reporting structures.
• 
  Contribute to the
  technical learning culture by sharing insights, best practices, and lessons
  learned from issue resolution

Requirements

Degree/Qualification:

• 
  Bachelor's
  degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related
  technical fields.
• 
  Minimum
  5 years of experience in automotive development, testing, or validation roles.
• 
  Fluent in English
  (speaking, reading, writing)

Experience:

• 
  Strong
  background in structured problem-solving methodologies (DFMEA, 8D, 5Y,
  Ishikawa, FTA, etc.).
• 
  Proven
  ability to identify, analyse, and drive resolution of complex technical issues
  across multiple vehicle attributes.
• 
  Broad
  working knowledge of vehicle attributes such as NVH, Vehicle Dynamics,
  Durability, Efficiency, Thermal, Safety, and Perceived Quality.
• 
  Demonstrated
  proficiency in JIRA or similar issue-tracking and management tools, including
  dashboard creation, ticket management, and progress reporting.
• 
  Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead
  cross-functional discussions and drive issue closure across diverse technical
  teams.
• 
  Strong
  analytical mindset, with an intuitive understanding of vehicles and how systems
  interact to influence overall attribute performance.
• 
  Experience
  working within structured validation and development frameworks across multiple
  vehicle programs is desirable.
