  Expert works in all modules across all vehicle development programs,
  working in both side of "V-MODEL".
• 
  Inspect and audit engineering documentations such as SOR, SPB, DVP,
  DFMEA and ECR, including the application of the learning database.
• 
  Audit Test Report (DVPRs), make sure deviation and acceptance criteria
  regarding Specifications are well documented
• 
  Audit PHC (Program Health Check) on
• 
  Audit complex issues (Engineering) for the solution in all program life
  series
• 
  Capture Learnings across model development and build phases to be
  applied cross model (continuous improvement) - Learning Database governance
• 
  Work group lead for the critical customer (V-PAC)
  issues

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
• 
  5+ years experience in automotive industry product
  development (preference for PWT, EDS and thermal knowledge).
• 
  Design Release experience for automotive components/systems/subsystems
  (Feasibility and Launch experience are desired).
• 
  Product Design, Testing, GD&T, Specs&Requirements, Tooling, etc.
• 
  Experienced in Organized Problem Solving (Development & Field
  Issues), finding root cause and application of Containment and Permanent
  Solution.
• 
  User level knowledge of CAD Software for part and interface analysis
  (not design).
• 
  Basic knowledge of the SOR, FMEA, Spec Book, Design Validation,
  Engineering Change processes. Advanced knowledge is desired.
• 
  User level knowledge of Teamcenter
• 
  User level knowledge of Atlassian Jira (desired)
• 
  Independent expert: Can do tasks with minimum supervision
• 
  Capability to understand, based on evidence, if:
