You’ll join
our strong Moscow team which during 30 years of operations in Russia represents
essential reference point in the country for global standards, innovative
solutions and leadership in the air transport industry. We’re a collaborative,
effective team that sustainably provides remittance and settlement services to
its Member Airlines despite of challenges and issues, working together as a
single body. We value open
communication, experimentation, and a growth mindset. You’ll work closely with
IATA Accredited Agents community, Airlines, GDSs and other industry partners to
provide excellent level of services, safe management of Airline funds and high
level of customer experiences.
You will be mainly responsible for providing
support to the day-to-day operations for Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP),
Passenger and Cargo Agency Participation and risk management, in full
compliance with legal requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and in
cooperation with Global Delivery Center and Customer Service Center teams. Also, responsibilities will include:
Education Background:
A University degree in a relevant discipline.
Working Experience:
3 or more years of hands-on experience in the airline distribution, accounting, risk.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders at all levels from different cultures and backgrounds, with a strong sense of Customer Service ethics according to IATA's corporate priorities,
A result driven personality demonstrating strong personal integrity,
A proactive approach to problem solving,
Ability to work as a strong team player in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast paced and highly demanding environment while being organized to deliver on tight deadlines and productivity metrics.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English and excellent level of Russian both oral and writing.
