The Defense Sector within Leidos has a potential future opening for an Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Scheduling Specialist located at Offutt AFB, in Omaha, NE. This position is part of a large program supporting the Air Combat Command’s (ACC) ISR mission. Candidates must possess a TS/SCI clearance to be considered.
Note: This would be for a potential opening, so we are looking ahead to identify talented professionals who align with the requirements of the mission.
Primary Responsibilities:
Liaison with ACC, Wing, OG, and ISR aircraft components to schedule allotted manned airborne platform and simulation missions to determine operational availability, programmed and unprogrammed component outages and DoD / Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders to verify ISR collection and production requirement satisfaction.
Oversee squadron Scheduling programs. This includes the following: verifying members’ compliance with AOR Reporting Instructions, scheduling required training to meet those Reporting Instructions; obtaining & scheduling various training events like CBRN and CATM for monthly squadron needs; acting as the recognized scheduling expert for the squadron, directly advising squadron leadership on issues affecting scheduling, component availability, and training on a regular and as-needed basis.
Coordinate requirements and identify personnel to meet taskings from OG, WG, ACC; work with Group and Wing functions to properly fill taskings with appropriate qualified personnel; compile data from unit on scheduling reporting for monthly briefs.
Assist squadron mobility efforts and other offices / staff to meet squadron objectives. Communicate with deployed locations as needed on personnel requirements.
Deliver initial and continuation on the job training for 97 IS personnel assigned as DOX Staff or as Division UDMs.
Act as office continuity on a day-to-day basis when active duty members are out for trainings, flying duties, language refreshers, or other military trainings or deployments.
Required Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience or Associate's and 10 years of relevant experience. (Additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
Previous experience successfully managing a program.
Familiar with 55 WG mission.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with scheduling, mobility and readiness at the unit level.

Pay Range $65,650.00 - $118,675.00
