Main Tasks

• Match customer information from distributors or groups with the company’s system.
• Set up customer groups, codes, and reseller information for new customers.
• Create and update customer data requests, ensuring the information is accurate and complies with company policies.
• Manage large databases across different countries and perform bulk updates to customer data.
• Run reports to verify that changes made in SAP are correct and compliant with procedures.

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in Excel, internet tools, and computer systems.
• Strong English speaking and comprehension skills.
• Friendly and helpful when collaborating with multiple departments.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, and perform well in busy environments.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and continuous process improvements.
