Role:
The ISO Business Analyst supports the Bank’s Independent Sales Organization (ISO) program by performing due diligence, monitoring portfolio activity, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of internal systems and reporting.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Process, monitor, and return approvals and/or denials for submitted ATM operators and source of funds providers in accordance with bank policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor submitted documentation for completeness, accuracy, and potential risk indicators.
- Request additional information or clarification from ISOs when documentation or data is insufficient.
- Monitor monthly processor reports to identify terminal that may be placed in cannabis dispensaries or other elevated-risk locations.
- Identify terminals not participating in the Bank’s program or terminals belonging to an ISO that is not participating in the program.
- Review network and processor reports including but not limited to network reporting, quarterly reporting, or dynamic currency conversion.
- Ensure internal systems accurately reflect all active clients, ISOs, ATM Operators, and Source of Funds Providers.
- Maintain and update information in Bank systems, including but not limited to Tandem / Conetrix, Salesforce, other internal reporting or client management systems.
- Promotes the bank and makes referrals to other departments.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Management:
- Support continuous improvement of ISA program processes, controls, and reporting.
- Participate in projects related to system enhancements, reporting improvements, and process optimization.
- Provide informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all customers and associates.

QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education and/or Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or related fields or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
- Experience with sponsorship programs or payment services preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in payment services.
Interpersonal Skills.
- A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
- Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature.
- Work may involve motivating (changing behavior), influencing, or training others.
- External contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to make difficult decisions and communicate such decisions well.
- Computer operations, including word-processing.
- Be self-directed and motivated. Ability to manage heavy workload during peak implementation times.
- Ability to keep accurate and neat records and files.

While performing this job the employee would occasionally be required to carry loads up to and including 25lbs. It is frequently necessary to bend, squat, reach above the shoulder level, crouch, kneel, balance and push/pull equipment. Firm grasping/fine manipulation with the right/left hand is necessary. In an 8-hour day, the employee can expect to sit about 6 hours.
