ISMS Consultant with German - Senior Consultant/Manager (f/m/d)

• You will perform maturity and compliance assessments of the ISMS
• You will support in ISMS implementation and documentation
• You will support in ISMS raising awareness process
• You will be planning and performing internal audits and risk assessments
• You will support customer in preparing for the certification audit
• You will manage continuous improvement process
• You will coordinate ISMS corrective actions and their implementation roadmap

• 2–5 years of experience in Information Security, ISMS, GRC, Risk Management or Security Compliance
• Experience with security controls and control effectiveness monitoring
• Experience supporting or coordinating internal and external audits
• Experience working in an international environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Well-organized, structured, and attentive to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good English skills ( B2-C1) and German (minimum B1)

Nice-to-Have:

• Information Security in-depth knowledge and related standards (ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2, BSI Grundschutz)
• ISO 27001 Lead/Internal Auditor certification or similar

• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
