Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Support and manage iScala Finance modules including:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets
    • Cash & Bank Management
    • Financial Reporting
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
  • Configure and support finance-related workflows and business processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Work on issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Perform techno-functional analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Support interfaces, integrations, and data validations.
  • Work on:
    • SQL queries
    • Stored procedures
    • Data extraction and reporting
    • Batch jobs and reconciliation activities
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
  • Support ERP data migration and validation activities.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
  • ERP finance process expertise
  • Financial reporting and reconciliation knowledge
  • Understanding of procurement-to-pay and order-to-cash cycles

Technical Skills

  • iScala ERP support and customization
  • SQL and database knowledge
  • Reporting tools and data analysis
  • Integration support and troubleshooting
  • ERP data migration and validation

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in managed services / AMS support environment
  • Experience working with global customers
  • Exposure to ERP integrations and automation initiatives
  • Understanding of ITIL/support processes

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently in global delivery environments
  • Ownership and proactive support attitude

Roles & Expectations

  • Provide L2/L3 techno-functional support for iScala Finance operations.
  • Coordinate with business users for issue analysis and resolution.
  • Participate in enhancement, automation, and optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Support ongoing system stabilization and operational excellence initiatives.
