Job Description

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals and customer requirements.

In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and productivity of the ISC by ensuring smooth production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a safe work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce waste.
  • Manage and develop production team members to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues promptly.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in supervising production or manufacturing operations within a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in using production management tools and systems to monitor workflow and performance.
  • Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.

WE VALUE

  • BA/S degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing environments.
