ISC IGTS Strategy Lead - Philips - Best

The Supply Chain Strategy Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving the long-term supply chain strategy that enables business growth, operational excellence, resilience, and customer satisfaction. This role translates corporate objectives into supply chain capabilities and leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize the end-to-end value chain, including PDLM/MLD/LCM, Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Install, Service & Return. The individual partners closely with executive leadership, business, functions, markets and external partners to identify strategic opportunities, assess risks, and implement transformational programs that drive our CARE journey: Customer centric, Agile, Resilient and Efficient.

You are responsible for

Supply Chain Strategy Development

  • Define and maintain the IGTS supply chain CARE strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Develop multi-year roadmaps covering e.g. network design, footprint, people capabilities, digital transformation, and other cross functional strategies. Identify strategic opportunities to improve service, cost, quality, agility, resilience

Strategic Analysis, Decision and Execution Support

  • Perform end-to-end supply chain assessments and benchmark performance against industry best practices.
  • Lead supply chain scenario planning and network optimization studies.
  • Develop business cases for strategic investments and transformation initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, geopolitical developments, and emerging technologies that impact the supply chain.

Supply Chain Network & Operations Strategy

  • Develop sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics network strategies.
  • Define make-versus-buy strategies and sourcing approaches.
  • Evaluate opportunities for regionalization, dual sourcing and supply chain resiliency improvements.

Risk Management & Resilience

  • Identify strategic supply chain risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop mitigation strategies for disruptions, supplier dependencies, and capacity constraints.
  • Lead contingency planning and scenario-based risk assessments.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with executive leadership to align supply chain priorities with business strategy.
  • Influence senior stakeholders on strategic recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate across all relevant teams in business, market and functions.

Minimum required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain management, Engineering or equivalent. with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience

Minimum required Experience:

  • 5 to 8 years years of progressive supply chain, operations, consulting, or transformation experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing supply chain strategies and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Experience with business case development and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Global supply chain experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Compensation & Benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is € 78,187.00-€ 130,312.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 6% bonus/incentive, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
