HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Field Technicians to join our safety-focused team supporting oilfield operations at various customer locations. This role is responsible for assisting with well site preparation, excavation, equipment operation, and general labor activities associated with well abandonment, facility maintenance, and related services.

Field Technicians serve as representatives of HPC-Industrial, maintaining strong working relationships with customers while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times
  • Assist with well site preparation, excavation, and restoration activities
  • Support cut & cap operations, wellhead removal, and site cleanup
  • Operate and assist with heavy equipment such as backhoes, excavators, skid steers, and support equipment (as qualified)
  • Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, material handling, and site preparation
  • Assist with line locating, job setup, and site safety controls
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and tools
  • Load/unload equipment and materials and support mobilization/demobilization of job sites
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule and within scope

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in oilfield services, construction, or industrial labor preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments (heat, cold, uneven terrain)
  • Basic understanding of well preparation for rigs and heavy equipment operation is a plus
  • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in English for safety purposes
  • Valid driver’s license required (must meet company driving policy)
  • OSHA training (or willingness to obtain) preferred
