Ability to use own understanding of divisions business environment and objectives with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.

Ability to design/develop/manage reporting services, analysis services in order to provide management with the best tools that support decision-making.
Ability to design, develop and implement data mining and predictive analytical modules.
Ability to design databases / data warehouses. Ability to develop database structure, queries, stored procedures, triggers, etc. Ability to develop data warehouses and do the appropriate implementation in order to make the data warehouse operational and live.
Ability to implement, administer, maintain, and manage divisions’ databases. Responsible for preserving the integrity and performance of divisions’ databases, and ensuring the security of the company data.
Ability to develop, monitor, execute architectures, policies, procedures, plans, programs, and data that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of divisions in order to monitor, control, optimize, deliver, and enhance the value of data and information assets and ensure that data integrity is secured.
Ability to design and/or configure backup solutions for network devices and servers and user data.
Ability to conduct system management and provide support for the provided information systems and business intelligence solutions.
Ability to configure, maintain and troubleshoot the set of software, and systems in order to check, test, deliver, monitor or support IS services for end users in divisions BUs through predefined IS support processes.
Ability to identify potential incidents/problems to predict service failure and consequently set / execute corresponding action plan.
Ability to provide internal/external client training on new and/or existing systems and/or modules.
Ability to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot system solutions and document as per divisions standards.
Ability to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, along with the ability to direct, implement, and manage projects and project dependencies.
Ability to apply measurement of system’s ability to remain accessible in the event of hardware or software component failure and to build multiple levels of fault tolerance and/or load balancing capabilities into a system. Ability to restore a system to a previous acceptable state after a natural or human-induced disaster.
Ability to design, develop, and execute test scenarios, cases, and scripts to make sure that information systems meet their specifications with respect to requirements, bug-free, and easy to use.
Ability to conduct auditing and assessments for existing information systems, business processes and systems functions use, along with the ability to identify weaknesses and anomalies’ sources, and provide the appropriate solution to the existing problems.
Ability to conduct analytical data readings in order to determine anomalies or data patterns and identify their sources and their impact on the business, and take the appropriate corrective/preventive measures or actions.
Ability to provide consultancy in business processes, new information systems, data readings and give insight regarding the client business weaknesses and strengths and assist in taking the decision for the best approach to follow in order to reach optimal business and operation throughput.
Ability to implement and roll out information systems along with the proper integration of multiple subsystems components into one system and ensure that the subsystems function together as a system entity.
Ability to conduct/manage research and development for new development tools and techniques in order to find solutions for development problems and keep up-to-date with the latest practices and tools in use in the development market.
Ability to identify, screen, select, and manage qualified internal and/or external service providers in line with organizational needs, as well as manage service contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with third parties. Ability to plan a negotiation strategy and manage the acquisition of appropriate IT goods and/or services at the best possible total value of ownership.
Ability to provide business processes engineering/re-engineering consultancy through the development of business process architectures, process relationship maps, functional relationship maps, cross-functional maps, along with the appropriate consultancy in picking up the right solution and methodology.
Ability to identify, assess, prioritize and mitigate the possible hazards and risks, as well as to set control measures in order to ensure and maintain confidence, minimize business disruption and ensure business continuity.
Ability to identify, assess, solve and avoid business disruptions, ensure continuous operational health of ERP system, identify regions of code, processes design and execution that are most frequently performed, and fine-tune application behavior for optimal runtime speed and resource usage.
