We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Information Services Operations Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Information Services department. This role provides administrative, procurement, project coordination, reporting, and executive support while partnering with multiple technical teams to ensure efficient department operations and exceptional internal customer service.

• Coordinate department operations, including procurement, asset tracking, reporting, and office administration
• Manage purchasing activities, vendor relationships, and inventory of IT equipment and end‑user devices
• Assist with department and project budget tracking, reporting, and financial administration
• Coordinate and support cross‑functional projects, including schedules, meetings, status updates, and task management
• Support Information Services teams with administrative, technical, and operational activities as needed
• Provide executive and administrative support to IS leadership
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other departmental communications
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain required training and programmatic competencies
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Associate Degree, certificate, or equivalent related experience required
• Experience in Information Technology, project coordination, administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and work independently in a team environment
• Ability to learn technical systems, applications, and processes quickly
• Valid Michigan driver's license may be required
• Pay based on education and experience
