As an IS Monitoring Specialist, you'll be a key player in monitoring information systems, networks, and computer/communication equipment Your role involves providing essential information and first-line support to users, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
You'll work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the stability and performance of critical systems. Collaborate with skilled professionals, tackle diverse tasks, and enhance user satisfaction by resolving issues promptly. Maintaining uninterrupted operation of the bank’s information systems
Monitoring the bank’s information systems
Organizing the resolution of system or component performance problems
Ensuring the established availability indicators for information systems
Registering and maintaining IT disruptions requests
Good communication skills, attentiveness, and a sense of responsibility
Technological literacy and a desire to deepen your knowledge in this field
Higher education in information technology field (students are welcome)
Basic knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems
Fluency in English, Lithuanian language knowledge is preferred
Experience in information systems maintenance is an advantage
The systems are monitored 24/7, so we expect candidates to be comfortable with shift work, including night shifts.
