Job Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an IS Capture Manager to work remotely

The IS Capture Manager will bring a current pipeline of opportunities, in addition to supporting the identification, qualification, shaping, and capture of new strategic federal opportunities. The individual will play a critical role in driving growth by co-managing pursuits with the Business Development team, identifying key customer stakeholders, and shaping opportunities by working with customer stakeholders.

The IS Capture Manager brings an established federal network, a proven track record of capture success, and the ability to collaborate across business development, solutioning, proposal, delivery and leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify and help prioritize federal opportunities aligned to Division growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute capture strategies for federal pursuits from opportunity identification through award.
  • Participate in pre-RFP shaping activities, including customer engagement, competitive analysis, teaming strategies, and win strategy development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government stakeholders.
  • Support and influence teaming agreements and sub-contractor strategies.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and pursuit status.
  • Assist with development of white papers, RFIs, capability briefings and proposal responses.
  • Provide market intelligence regarding agency priorities.

Salary Range: $170,000 - $185,000

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of capture management, business development, and strategic growth experience.
  • Demonstrated success capturing and influencing deals in excess of $5M.
  • Existing relationships within the target customer base and partner community.
  • Experience leading complex pursuits across the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Experience writing large scale proposals.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement vehicles, acquisition strategies, and proposal processes.
  • Ability to develop executive-level win strategies and customer engagement plans.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
