Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

The work model for the role is: #Li-hybrid

This role is contributing to the Product and Material Master Data in Poland. Main stakeholders are Domain Owners, Business Area Data Managers, Division Data Managers, Country Data Managers.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
  • Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
  • Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
  • Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.

Qualifications for the role
  • You are highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with highly complex Products and Material Domain
  • You have 5+ years of experience in as analyst, with proven skills in translating complex business requirements.
  • Highly adept in coordination across dissimilar data models, business processes, and applications.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Acts as a critical communication bridge, translating high-level business goals into structured, actionable technical and service requirement
  • Strong capability to create and maintain high-quality documentation (process flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to map and document processes, perform gap analysis, drive improvement and standardization
  • Proficiency in business process analysis and specification development (proactive, structured, and detail-oriented mindset)
  • Collaborates with technical teams and understand basic technical concepts and system integrations
  • You are at ease communicating in English
