This role focuses on designing and implementing ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions that strengthen enterprise risk posture and improve audit readiness. You will work on building scalable workflows, automations, and dashboards that support risk, compliance, audit, and policy management processes. The position sits at the intersection of technology and risk governance, requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and operational needs into robust technical solutions. You will contribute to end-to-end ServiceNow development, integration, and platform optimization in a dynamic IT services environment. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance objectives. You will build and customize modules, workflows, and integrations while supporting platform stability and scalability. Your responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate brings 3–8 years of ServiceNow development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in GRC/IRM modules. You should have deep knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integration capabilities, along with a strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks such as SOX, ISO, and GDPR. A ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, while CAD or GRC-related CIS certifications are highly desirable. You should be comfortable working with JavaScript, APIs, and platform-level customization, as well as collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions are essential.
