IR & GA Department Head

  • Manage industrial relations activities with employees, government agencies, and the local community to foster harmonious relationships among all stakeholders.
  • Oversee legal and compliance activities within the company to ensure operations comply with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • Work Experience: 5 years as Department Head or Manager role

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, solid knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law, Rules, and Regulations, strong problem analysis and solving skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills
