Our award-winning client is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across IR, FP&A, Controllers, HR and legal teams and play an active role in driving the client’s external message to the investment community. The analyst will also assist with the client’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The IR Analyst will report directly to the Vice President, Investor Relations and Global Communications.

In this role, the candidate will drive creation of all investor relations materials, including for the company’s quarterly earnings releases, investor day(s), and in preparation for investor conferences. The candidate will be expected to drive the creation of support materials for the CEO and CFO as part of the quarterly earnings release process.

The incumbent will also lead all shareholder activity tracking in the company’s CRM system, monitoring and targeting; develop and continuously maintain overview materials that reside on the investor website to drive investor education; and handle ad hoc requests for the CEO, CFO and VP, IR as needed.

Finally, this position will also be responsible for the timely and accurate tracking, and management of analyst consensus estimates for the client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of investor presentations for quarterly earnings, investor conferences and annual investor days.

• Prepare support materials for CEO and CFO for earnings release Q&A preparation.

• Active monitoring of analyst consensus estimates with regular updates to VP, IR.

• Tracking and monitoring of all investor meetings, targeting activities and outreach.

• Work with cross functional team (Legal, HR, FP&A, Communications) to ensure accuracy,

• Consistency and alignment of all investor materials.

• Regular updates to investor overview materials on the company's investor relations website.

• Contribute creatively to the investor outreach strategy and perform all other duties as assigned.
  

• Assist with implementation of ESG software to track, analyze and report on the client’s sustainability metrics.
