Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an IR Advisory Intern to join the Shareholder Analysis team at Euronext Corporate Solutions The position will be based in Paris, and start in September 2026 or earlier if possible. You will report to the Shareholder Analysis Associate.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Producing clients’ periodic market updates and listing reports (weekly memos, capital markets overview, read-across) in line with the quality and commitment standards of the Advisory team
Being involved in IR Advisory initiatives, including content creation and event participation
Supporting the Advisory team’s development efforts by preparing meeting presentations
Assisting in delivering Shareholder Analysis Reports and helping build client relationships across France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands and Italy
Analysing local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and completing shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all sizes and sectors
Understanding institutional shareholding movements and providing intelligence on investors’ behaviour
Contributing to strategic group projects focused on analysing shareholding structures of major indices in European markets
Supporting the IR & Advisory team on deliverables concerning all topics and mandates based on workflow and priorities
Your profile:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, formulas; ideally VBA skills) and ability to use databases such as Bloomberg and Factset
Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
Interest in technology, equity markets and sustainable finance is an asset
Fluent in English and French
Business school or university degree (market finance)
Previous experience in capital markets or financial communication is a plus
