职位描述
1、负责机器人子零件的IQC工作，结合检验流程和检验规范，进行物料来料检查； 2、对产线反馈的来料问题进行现场确认，并反馈给对应SQE； 3、来料检验数据收集与统计，并撰写日报周报； 4、支持SQE对来料问题按照8D流程进行分析闭环； 5、协助SQE进行不合格品的处理，负责供应商驻厂人员的管理； 6、参加工厂组织的质量相关的例会，并汇报来料质量； 7、来料检验专用设备的使用与日常维护；
职位要求
任职资格要求 1. 必备专业技能 • 依据2D图纸、3D模型、GD&T形位公差及客户检验标准，完成精密机加工件、模具件、异形结构件来料检测， • 熟练 蔡司Calypso、海克斯康PC-DMIS 独立编程，精准检测尺寸、位置度、垂直度、平面度、同轴度、轮廓度等形位公差，可独立完成复杂精密件全尺寸检测与报告输出； （2）轮廓粗糙度检测能力 • 熟练操作马尔CD140轮廓度仪，可独立编程扫描、评定轮廓度与粗糙度。 2. 辅助能力 • 熟练电脑操作、Excel报表制作、数据归档； • 具备良好的异常识别、问题上报、数据追溯意识。 • 工作严谨细心、原则性强、服从工作安排、稳定性好。 3. 优先条件 • 持有计量员证、三坐标证书、相关资质证书优先；
