Join our team as a System Engineer and help develop modern TV systems in an IT environment!

We are looking for a passionate about networking and multimedia technologies who will support the installation, integration, and management of IPTV, Broadcast TV, and OTT systems.

Our office is located in Wrocław (Grabiszyn), but we offer a flexible hybrid work model with a strong focus on remote work - because we understand the importance of work-life balance.

Your responsibilities

• Installation and integration of TV and mobile systems (IPTV, OTT)

• Remote monitoring and management of devices and systems (hardware and software)

• Troubleshooting Linux-based systems running on both physical and virtual machines

• Providing technical support to customers and internal teams

• Managing and monitoring IPTV/OTT services.

Requirements

• Knowledge of configuring Cisco/Juniper routers and switches, understanding of routing protocols; CCNA is a plus

• Solid understanding of network rules, including firewalls

• Familiarity with REST APIs and web-based applications

• Experience with Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)

• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL, Cassandra)

• Experience with Docker environments

• Hands-on experience in remote troubleshooting of network, application, and server issues using ticketing systems

• Excellent communication skills

• Teamwork and accountability

• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in critical situations

• Availability for on-call duties and business travel

• Polish language – minimum C2

• English – minimum B1 (ability to read and understand technical documentation).

Nice to have

• B category driving license

• Knowledge of MPEG/DVB, MPEG-DASH/HLS, IPTV, OTT

• Familiarity with VMware/Hyper-V.
