IPT Operational Support Lead

Location: Onsite - Washington, DC

Clearance: No active clearance required; TS/SCI preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Salary: $126,000 - $171,000

We are seeking an experienced IPT Operational Support Lead to lead Integrated Project Team (IPT) operational support delivery across customer sectors for a federal client. This individual will manage priorities, capacity, quality, and performance while coordinating with client leadership and other task leads.

The successful candidate will direct cross-sector delivery and allocate acquisition project management, contract specialist, and cost/price analysis support while preserving continuity for recurring portfolio operations. Responsibilities include managing workload, staffing, quality, funding, and schedules; resolving competing priorities, cross-sector delivery conflicts, and staffing risks; overseeing the integration of financial, acquisition, contracting, coordination, and automation support; and managing client relationships and overall performance.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Project Team (IPT) operational support delivery across customer sectors for a federal client.
• Direct cross-sector delivery and allocate acquisition project management, contract specialist, and cost/price analysis support.
• Preserve continuity for recurring portfolio operations while balancing priorities and available capacity.
• Manage workload, staffing, quality, funding, and schedules across supported teams and portfolios.
• Resolve competing priorities, cross-sector delivery conflicts, and staffing risks.
• Oversee the integration of financial, acquisition, contracting, coordination, and automation support.
• Coordinate with client leadership and other task leads to align operational support delivery.
• Manage client relationships and overall performance.

Minimum Requirements:

• U. S. citizen
• Experience leading multiple acquisition portfolios or multidisciplinary customer teams
• Experience managing workload, staffing, quality, funding, and schedules and integrating acquisition, contracting, financial, coordination, and technical support
• Ability to direct cross-sector delivery, allocate capacity, resolve competing priorities and staffing risks, and manage client relationships and overall performance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant bachelor's degree or permitted equivalent
• 12 or more years in federal acquisition or program delivery, including at least 5 years leading multiple teams or portfolios
