As an Employment Specialist within the Together IPS team, you will work across North and East Devon, Exeter, and Mid Devon, with regular team meetings, collaboration opportunities, and peer support.
With clients always at the heart of everything you do, this role offers a rewarding pathway for future progression. You’ll work closely with clinical teams, the people we support, employers, and other key community stakeholders, with full training provided by both Waythrough and the IPS platform.
