About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong, with a Thai–Chinese working environment.

The IPQC Leader oversees in-process quality control on the production floor, leading inspectors, ensuring compliance with quality plans, and supporting QE on issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shift schedules and attendance of QC inspectors across assigned areas.
• Lead in-process quality inspection in line with the production plan.
• Prepare, complete and verify all relevant inspection records and documentation.
• Coordinate with QE to resolve abnormalities found on the production line.
• Confirm day-to-night shift handovers and ensure follow-through on actions.
• Maintain and verify the QC Ledger; track corrective actions to closure.
• Manage on-site documentation and 6S housekeeping.
• Participate in non-conforming product handling and verify corrective actions.
• Support customer-complaint investigations; track corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' on-floor quality control experience.
• Proficient with QC 7 Tools and 5M1E methodology.
• Able to read mechanical drawings; comfortable with vernier, micrometer, height gauge etc.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Chinese (listen/speak/read/write) used as a working language.

What's on Offer

• Salary: THB 30,000 – 50,000 per month (negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)

หัวหน้าฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพในกระบวนการผลิต (IPQC Leader) ดูแลทีมตรวจสอบ ควบคุมคุณภาพหน้างานให้เป็นไปตามแผน และสนับสนุน QE ในการแก้ปัญหา

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• บริหารตารางและเวลาทำงานของพนักงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพในแต่ละพื้นที่
• นำงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพตามแผนและภารกิจการผลิต
• จัดทำ กรอก และยืนยันเอกสารบันทึกการตรวจสอบในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
• ประสานงานและช่วยเหลือ QE แก้ไขความผิดปกติบนสายการผลิต
• ยืนยันการส่งมอบงานระหว่างกะกลางวัน–กลางคืน และติดตามผลการดำเนินการ
• ติดตาม/ยืนยันบันทึก QC Ledger รวมถึงผลของมาตรการแก้ไข
• จัดการเอกสารหน้างานและงาน 6S
• มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการสินค้าที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ติดตามการแก้ไข
• ช่วยเหลือสอบสวนข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า ติดตามมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกัน

คุณสมบัติ

• อนุปริญญาขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ควบคุมคุณภาพหน้างานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• เข้าใจ QC 7 Tools และหลักการ 5M1E
• อ่านแบบงานเครื่องกล และใช้เครื่องมือวัด เช่น เวอร์เนียร์ ไมโครมิเตอร์ ไฮเกจ ได้
• ทักษะการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
• ใช้ Microsoft Office ได้คล่อง
• ภาษาจีน (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) ใช้เป็นภาษาทำงาน

สิ่งที่จะได้รับ

• เงินเดือน 30,000 – 50,000 บาทเดือน (พิจารณาตามความสามารถ)
• ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์–เสาร์)
