What you will be doing and delivering

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive experienced IPM Technician to join our team in Tatura. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a key part in protecting crop health by coordinating pest and disease scouting, implementing treatment programs, and supporting the introduction of beneficial insects.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Verifying pest and disease levels and scouting results
• Training new scouts and coordinating scouting priorities
• Recommending treatments and supporting spray operations
• Preparing crop reports and scouting maps
• Ensuring hygiene and quarantine protocols are followed

What you will bring to the role

• Have a relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Can identify pests and diseases related to crops
• Have glasshouse experience or knowledge with beneficial insects in an IPM program
• Are organised, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team
