IPG Reporting Analyst - Dublin - Hybrid

The Role:

The Investigator Payments Group (IPG) is the investigator payments function for ICON Clinical Research. The department role is to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments & to ensure all payments are carried out in accordance with ICON policies and procedures.

The Analyst role is to:

  • Support reporting requirements ensuring compliance with any Healthcare reporting legislation

  • Support operational reporting for IPG team

Role responsibilities include:

  • Recognise, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centre around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.

  • Complete reports and tracking in a timely and consistent manner with concise, accurate information in various systems and tracking tools.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record tracking of meetings, decisions, interventions and escalations.

  • Liaise with customers to determine report requirements.

  • Interrogate & analyse data and prepare relevant metrics. Accurate analysis with limited supervision is expected.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary

  • Become proficient in systems, tools and ICON’s applications to efficiently and accurately analyse data.

  • Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned by management team.

  • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

To be successful in the role, you will ideally have

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, business administration, or a related field

  • Prior relevant experience related to data analysis and production of reports is essential

  • Advanced excel skills are essential (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.)

  • Demonstrate a logical approach to analysis with a questioning attitude

  • Numerate with some financial understanding

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office package

  • Excellent communication (written and oral), organisational and customer service skills are essential

  • Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

The role is only open to candidates Irish & EU citizens or candidates with a minimum of a Stamp 4 visa. We cannot consider candidates with Stamp 1, 2,1G etc for this particular role.
