Job Description

A mid-sized law firm with a global reach is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IP Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to a team of attorneys in all phases of complex intellectual property litigation.
• Conduct legal research, including online and library research.
• Prepare and organize legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and exhibits.
• Assist with document review and production.
• Manage deadlines and calendars.
• Coordinate with clients and outside vendors.
• Assist with trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organization.
• May involve limited travel for trials (generally 1-2 times per year).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation (IP experience preferred but not required for highly qualified candidates).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: Up to 120k
