JOB PURPOSE
BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
These duties may include but are not limited to:
Following the Head of Flying (HoF) King Faisal Air Base (KFAB) directives and flying governance requirements.
Assisting where appropriate HoF (KFAB) tasking
Follow IST Instructional Guidelines and standards
Provide input and assist where appropriate to IST tasking
Follow Squadron Supervisor directives, flying governance and training delivery requirements.
Develop and maintain diplomatic relations with RSAF Officers and Trainees.
Execute primary duty as Hawk Instructor in accordance with RSAF and BAE rules and regulations.
Execute secondary duties as set by the Squadron Supervisor.
Maintain professional discipline and assist other squadron members where possible in delivery of LOA 3 training.
Maintain computer competency in Microsoft Office programs.
Deliver flying training instruction to RSAF and BAE Students IAW RSAF / BAES SA rules, regulations and guidelines.
Management, distribution and amendment of flying related publications and documents
Instructor and Trainee record keeping and management of relevant training documentation.
Maintenance of Squadron History records.
Squadron planning and scheduling.
