Job Description

We are looking for MIS Executive to join our Global IP Team in Noida. This is an amazing opportunity to work for Clarivate’s IP core IP Services team. The team consists of 800+ people globally and is reporting to the Head of Global Operations. This position is for detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and present data to support business decision-making.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, automation using macros, and data visualization tools like Power BI, along with the ability to create impactful presentations.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Minimum 3+ years of overall work experience and 2 years in MIS role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Excel Macros / VBA
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills


What will you be doing in this role?


Main Accountabilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel Macros/VBA
  • Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI
  • Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and support business teams with data requirements
  • Design professional presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor Balanced Score Card (BSC) key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight trends or anomalies
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain proper documentation of reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
  • Ensure all deliverables and dashboards are reported out as agreed
  • Drive continual improvements via Overall Process Effectiveness to eliminate process redundancies

Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Noida, India (IST).
