We are looking for an IoT Engineer (Networking Solutions) to strengthen our ambitious team in our Assago office (Milan).

Teltonika’s Telematics Business Unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

We are proud of our products developed and manufactured in Lithuania and are looking for an IoT Engineer (Networking Solutions) to contribute to the continued growth of Teltonika Italy.

In this role, you will:

• Advise customers on how to use our products within their solutions and resolve challenges related to Teltonika Networks products. This involves communication with both customers and our remote support team via a ticketing platform and online meetings.
• Self-sufficiently resolve technical issues arising from customer's configuration, firmware/software, other sources.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external use (e.g., Teltonika Wiki).
• Act as a key link between Teltonika Networks R&D and other departments or customers, facilitating the resolution of complex technical challenges.
• Hands-on experience with Linux based OS, industrial protocols, various networking services and protocols and occasional 3rd party peripherals.

What we expect of you:

• Have native or highly fluent Italian and good English skills (written and spoken), with excellent communication abilities to ensure professionalism and clarity in client interactions.
• Ability and desire to help others.
• Experience in 2nd or 3rd line technical support would be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge in Computer Networking.
• Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education.
• Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to form technical documentation.
• Certification in CCNA or similar courses would be considered an advantage.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences. Gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €38.000 to €50.000, and €8/day meal vouchers.
