What's the role?
Inform is looking for an experienced iOS Developer to help shape and scale the Racenet app and Punter app—two leading apps in the horse racing and sports space.
As an iOS Developer at Inform, you’ll join a small team of highly skilled, driven and passionate app developers. You will develop new app features, contribute to user experience discussions and help drive the direction of our app platform.
We collaborate using Jira and Slack, trust our staff, and understand the importance of flexibility at work. Our systems are auto-scaled on AWS and our workflow is agile. Our team is talented, focused and friendly. We operate in the horse racing and sports space, where our tech brings data to life for our customers.
Responsibilities
Development of new product features
Maintenance, optimisation and debugging of existing features
Maintaining high standards of software quality through coding best practices
Collaboration with backend teams on API development
Who are you?
Demonstrated experience with adaptive (responsive) layout systems
Experience with CI/CD app development methodologies
Understanding of clean architecture and MVP/MVVM patterns
Deep knowledge of iOS application development in Swift using technologies and tools like SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency, Combine and RxSwift (Legacy maintenance).
Confidence with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Git and version control
Solid understanding of mobile security, authentication framework, and API integration patterns
Experience contributing to backlog refinement and product features
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to articulate product concepts clearly and build stakeholder relationships.
