NAVER Vietnam Visual eXperience (VVX)

The Vietnam Visual eXperience represents NAVER Vietnam’s strategic expansion into the field of next-generation media and production technology.
As part of NAVER’s global vision to redefine storytelling through technology, the Visual eXperience team - known as Real-Time Engine Studio - combines production technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to build the next-generation content container for NAVER’s platforms.

Our Team(NAVER WORKS Mobile)

NAVER WORKS Mobile Team builds and improves the mobile experience of NAVER WORKS, an all-in-one collaboration platform that brings together essential work tools such as Message, Mail, Calendar, Contacts, and Drive in one app.

Our team is focused on delivering reliable and intuitive mobile user experiences while continuously enhancing app architecture, performance, stability, and maintainability. We work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Server, and Platform Engineering to create better collaboration experiences for global users.

We develop complex mobile services with diverse features, contributing not only to feature development but also to various areas that drive the continuous improvement of the service.

We are looking for a Middle to Senior iOS Engineer.

Your daily task:

• Develop and maintain core features across multiple NAVER WORKS services (Message, Mail, Drive, Notes, Survey, etc.)
• Ensure service stability and support ongoing operations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive end-to-end service development
• Continuously improve app performance, usability, and reliability from a user-centric perspective

Your qualifications:

• 4+ years of iOS development experience
• Background in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented and Functional Programming, and Design Patterns
• Solid understanding of iOS frameworks
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C
• Experience with Core Data
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Distributed Systems
• Experience with Git (branching, merging, etc.)
• Strong commitment to writing maintainable, clean, and high-quality code

It's a big plus if you

• Experience actively leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance development productivity
• Fast learner with strong execution skills and ability to adapt quickly

  • State management
  • Asynchronous programming
• Capable of extending and maintaining features reliably within legacy codebases
• Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver them into production
